IVY ELIZABETH ARCHUAL, daughter of James and Valerie Archual, was crowned ``Mini Miss Virginia 1995-96'' in the ``Little Miss Virginia'' state pageant held August 19th in Staunton, Va. Ivy competed in the pageant representing ``Mini Miss Roanoke Valley''. She was sponsored in the pageant by Don Griffin Well Drilling Co., Inc. of Vinton.
