WELLNESS CONFERENCE PLANNED

A conference on wellness programs for mind, body and spirit, will be held Nov. 9 at the Jefferson Center, Roanoke.

Judy Fulop, former Wellness Consultant for Saint Joseph Health Center in Kansas City, Mo., will present the keynote address on ``Exploring the Mind-Body Connection.''

Following the address, participants can sample several healing modalities, including yoga, humor, biofeedback, therapeutic touch, meditation and t'ai chi.

The registration fee of $30 includes a continental breakfast and conference materials.

The conference is sponsored by the Mental Health Association of Roanoke Valley.
