Bradley Clifford Cook was born at Lewis-Gale Hospital on September 25, 1995, at 10:19 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs. 11/2 oz. and was 20 inches long. His parents are Dennis and Karen Cook. Maternal grandparents are Wayne and Phyllis Sledd of Salem. Paternal grandparents are Larry and Sandra Cook of Salem. Aunts and uncles are Sherri Sledd of Roanoke, Terri and Mike Green of Salem and Cheryl Cook of Salem. Maternal great-grandmother is Kathleen Sledd of Roanoke. Paternal great-grandparents are Lois and Ward Cook of Floyd. Paternal great-great grandmother is Dixie Cook of Mabscott, West Virginia. Special thanks to Dr. Debra Clapp attending physician, Dr. George Maximiv and staff. Teresa, Mollie, Gloria and all other nurses and staff of Labor & Delivery, and the nursery at Lewis-Gale Hospital for their assistance and outstanding service.

Daniels birth
Benjamin David Daniels was born September 16, 1995 at 6:44 p.m. at Community Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs. 121/2 ozs., and was 213/4 inches long. His proud parents are Mark and Molly Daniels. His grandparents are Jack and Marion Daniels, Frank and Ann Deeter, and the late Terry Bodensteiner. The attending physician was Dr. Garcia. A special thank you to Dr. McLeanan and his staff for all of their support. Thank you so much to Michelle Franklin, the ``OB'' nurse, for all her help and support during our special day.
Guilliams birth
Rachel Elizabeth Guilliams was born at Community Hospital on September 17, 1995, at 10:22 p.m. She weighed 8 lbs. 71/2 oz. and was 201/2 inches long. Parents are Tim and Allison Guilliams. Big brother Matthew is 21 months old. Grandparents are James and Mary Guilliams of Roanoke and Wayne and Jewel Bussey of Rocky Mount. Great-grandmother is Casey Bernard of Callaway. Dr. Alvin Hurt was attending physician. We would like to thank all the nurses on 7 West, Dr. Irwin and Dr. Hurt for their special care and special thanks to Diane, Millie and Vickie, our labor nurses. Most of all thanks to God for giving us two beautiful and healthy children.
Owens birth
Robyn Ainsley Owens, age 3, is proud to announce the birth of her baby sister, Allyson Michaela Owens on September 22, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. at Lewis Gale Hospital. Allyson weighed 5 lbs. 101/2 ozs. and was 183/4 inches long. She is the daughter of Matt and Diane (C.C.) Owens of Roanoke. Her maternal grandparents are Debi Locher of Roanoke and the late Thomas M. Locher. Paternal grandparents are Gene and Peggy Owens of Mobile, Ala., formerly of Roanoke, and the late Esther F. Owens. Great-grandparents are Howard and Retta Bowman of Roanoke, Barbara Locher of Pennsylvania, Lucille Locher of Goodview and Nell Owens of South Carolina. Robyn would especially like to thank Dr. Kelly and the staff at Lewis Gale for taking such good care of her mommy and sister during such a difficult time.
Palmer birth
Thomas and Sheila Palmer are delighted to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Colby Thomas. He was born at Lewis-Gale Hospital on August 4, 1995, at 7:12 p.m. weighing 6 lbs. 3 oz. and measuring 18 inches. His paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Palmer, Sr., of Roanoke, and his maternal grandparents are Betty Clay and the late Colba Clay of Willis, Va. Dr. Thomas Winn was the attending physician. We would like to thank all the staff at Dr. Jennings, Winn and Forth, PC, as well as the staff at Lewis-Gale Hospital, but most of all we'd like to thank and praise God for the precious gift of a child.

Gerard Edward Loonstijn Renger was born October 21, 1995 at 7:36 p.m. in Lewis-Gale Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs. 15 oz. and was 21 inches long. His parents are David and Sydney Renger. His grandparents are G.B.H. and Cato L. Renger, and Frances E. Meade. The attending physician was Dr. Laura Moylan.
