Miss Jade Monique Pughsley of this city was a participant in the Richmond County Community Services Association's (RCCSA) ``Rising Stars'' Debutante Ball on October 14 in Warsaw, Virginia. Miss Pughsley, a seventh grader at Northside Middle School, was sponsored by her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John A. Brown of Warsaw, Virginia, who are Board members of the RCCSA.
Jade made a creditable contribution to the organization and was second runner-up in the Junior Division for which she received a monetary award. She was also recognized as Miss Photogenic.
Jade thanks all who supported her in her efforts for making her participation successful. No matter how large or small, your ads and contributions helped to provide an experience that will never be forgotten.
Jade is the daughter of Wes and Floretta Pughsley; the granddaughter of Dorothy and Clarence Fuller, Sr.; and great-granddaughter of Mrs. Ellene Cousser.
