Christiansburg's Holy Spirit Catholic Church will celebrate Mass at 5 p.m. today at Our Saviour Lutheran Church on Cambria Street. This week's readings will be Wisdom 11:22 through 12:2; Psalm 145: 1-2, 8-11, 13, 14; 2 Thessalonians 1: 11 through 2:2; Luke 19: 1-10; and John 3:16. 382-8028.

Blacksburg's Metaphysical Chapel on Church and Lee Streets will host Andy Sisson and Chris Falcouner, who will lead a Playback Theatre Workshop at 2 p.m. today. A 7 p.m. on Sunday, the two will lead a Participatory Playback Theatre event. Wednesday, Estill Putney and John Dumais will conduct the ninth in a series of workshops on the "Celestine Prophecy" at 7 p.m. 951-4848.

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the New River Valley, on Gladewood Road in Blacksburg, will host Wayne Arnason, who will speak on "God: An Autobiography" at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. At 8:45 a.m., Catherine Snyder will lead a book review on "On Enjoying Time." 552-2717.

Fairlawn Baptist Church will have a revival Sunday through Wednesday, with special events each evening. Services will be at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday and at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Our Saviour Lutheran Church on Cambria Street in Christiansburg conducts an informal evening worship Wednesdays, at 7:30. The 45-minute service is for people who work on weekends, community newcomers, and people looking for a midweek worship opportunity. 382-2223.

Youth members of the Belmont Christian Bodybuilders will sponsor a spaghetti supper today, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the fellowship hall on Dominion Drive in Christiansburg. Donations will be accepted, and carryout orders are $4. 382-8521.

The Deaconess Board of First Missionary Baptist Church in New River will host its "Fall Into Fashion" show at Pulaski County High School today at 6 p.m. Forty door prizes, including a $100 savings bond, will be awarded. 639-6947.

Blacksburg United Methodist Church will have its 53rd Holiday Bazaar today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The bazaar will feature homemade crafts, candies, baked goods, canned jams and jellies, and other items.

St. Paul United Methodist Church in Christiansburg is sponsoring a video series on Managing Your Money on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. In November, the church will conduct a six-week series on "Building Up Self Esteem in Your Mate."

Trinity Baptist Church in Christiansburg will present a video seminar on strengthening marriages Nov. 10 to 12. 382-8121.

The Shawsville Lay-Ministerial Association, an interdenominational gathering of churches in the Shawsville area, will help pay utility and grocery bills and with emergency expenses. Keith Ritchie, 268-5901.

Christian Community Outreach in Radford has a food outreach on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers Union Hall in Fairlawn. Food boxes will be available first come, first served to families and people who meet USDA income criteria. 639-5686.
