John Peroulas, owner of the Charcoal Steak House restaurant, is preparing the food for Sunday's ``Holiday in Athens'' fund-raising dinner at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, featured in a story in Friday's Extra section. Other church members with restaurant experience will be helping him in the kitchen Sunday.
