Mark and Penny Arrington proudly announce the birth of their second son, Lucas Lee, born at 3:51 A.M. on October 12, 1995, at Virginia Baptist Hospital in Lynchburg. He weighed 7 lbs. 8 ozs. and was 21 1/4 inches long. Lucas' big brother, Ted Lee, is 19 months old.
He is the grandson of John and Barbara Powell of Montvale, Va. and Mack and Helen Arrington of Bedford, Va. Great-grandparents are Gilbert Powell and Mary Helen Johnson, both of Bedford.
Blackwell birth
Leigh Anne Blackwell was born Sept. 18, 1995 at 4:58 pm at Community Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs., 10 3/4 ozs. and was 191/2 inches long. Her parents are Mike and Lisa Blackwell. Her maternal grandparents are Clarence & Esther Farris. Paternal grandparents are Robert & Mary Blackwell. The attending physician was Dr. Alvin J. Hurt.
Dunlap birth
Richard and Katrina Dunlap of Roanoke, are proud to announce the birth of their second son, Spencer Monroe, who was born September 15, 1995, at 4:32 a.m. at Community Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs. 3 oz. and was 20 3/4 inches long. His grandparents are Harold and Patsy Ball of Moneta, and Tom Dunlap of Lexington.
