2 MEN ROB ORANGE MARKET ON PETERS CREEK

Two men robbed a Roanoke County convenience store early Tuesday, police said. There were no injuries.

Just after midnight Monday, two men walked into the Orange Market at 3202 Peters Creek Road

As they approached the cash register, one of the men walked behind the counter.

The robber held his hand underneath his jacket as if he had a weapon, and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The robbers told the two clerks to lie on the floor, then fled. Witnesses did not see whether they left in a car or on foot.

No weapons were displayed. No arrests have been made.
