MAN, 43, ROBBED AT KNIFEPOINT ON WILLIAMSON RD.

A 43-year-old man riding his bicycle home from work was robbed at knifepoint Monday evening on Williamson Road. The offense was reported to police Wednesday afternoon.

Police said Earl Robert Wright told them he was robbed about 6 Monday by a man who was 18 or 19.

The man pushed Wright off his bicycle, pulled a knife and demanded Wright's wallet. Wright gave the man his wallet, which contained his paycheck. There were no serious injuries.
