REPORTED EARNINGS

Roanoke Electric Steel Corp. reported fiscal 1995 earnings of $20.2 million, or $2.51 per share, on sales of $259.9 million, compared with year-earlier $11.9 million, or $1.48 per share, on sales of $215.8 million. Fourth-quarter net earnings were $7.0 million, or 86 cents, on sales of $71.7 million, compared with $4.5 million, or 56 cents, on sales of $61.2 million.

S&K Famous Brands

Richmond-based S&K Famous Brands Inc. reported third-quarter net income of $43,200, or 1 cent per share, on sales of $28.2 million, compared with year-earlier $288,300, or 6 cents per share, on sales of $27.2 million. For nine months, net income was $1.2 million, or 24 cents, on sales of $84.2 million, compared with $959,800, or 20 cents, on sales of $76.7 million.
