Kelly anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. David P. Kelly celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary November 26, 1995.

The couple was honored by their children at an open house December 2. They have five children and nine grandchildren.

Obenshain anniversary

Rucian and Jenesta Obenshain celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on November 12, 1995, at a ``drop-by'' reception hosted by their children at the LaMaison Restaurant. They were married November 23, 1945 and have one son and one daughter-in-law, R. Glenn and Sandra Obenshain of Roanoke, and two daughters, and one son-in-law, June Obenshain of Dover, N.H., and Michael and Peggy Thomas of Wirtz, Va. Mrs. Obenshain is retired from Sam's Club, and Mr. Obenshain is retired from Greyhound. The couple live in Wirtz, Va

Richardson anniversary

William and Pansy Richardson celebrated their 50th anniver sary November 26, 1995 at the Sunnybrook Inn. They were married on November 27, 1945. She is the former Pansy Peters. The couple have one son, Jerry; two daughters and sons-in-law, Theresa and Terry King, Crystal and Robert King. They have two granddaughters, Karen Gray and Tami King; and one great-granddaughter, Sarah.

He is retired from Webster Brick and she is employed by G.E

Broyles anniversary

Esker (Boots) and Myrtle Broyles celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, November 5, 1995 at a surprise party given by and at the home of Joan and Tommy Breeding of Christiansburg, Va. There were 43 guests in attendence including their two children, Linda Wood and Esker, Jr. and their children, James, Christopher and Lacey.

The couple were married on November 14, 1945, in Selina, Kansas and would like to say thanks to all who made their day special.

Weimer anniversary

Henry G. and Virginia I. Weimer celebrated their 50th anniversary on December 3, 1995, at La Maison. They were married December 3, 1945 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have 3 children, Judy Weimer Chesebrough, Bradley Joel Weimer, and Todd Scott Weimer. The couple has 2 daughters-in-law, Rachel Weimer and Donna Weimer, and 4 grandchildren, Jon and Jason Chesebrough, Marcie and Gage Weimer, all of Roanoke. Hank is retired from Sears Roebuck Co. She is the former Virginia Irene Scott of Roanoke and is a retired homemaker. Both have been active members of Cave Spring Baptist Church for 32 years. With Love,
