Gardiner-Nay

Mr. and Mrs. John Morgan Harrell of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, and Mr. and Mrs. Daniel James Gardiner of Christiansburg, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Jennifer Lee Gardiner of Richmond, Virginia, to Dr. Robert Marc Nay of Petersburg, Virginia, son of Dr. and Mrs. Clyde Whitley Vick, Jr. of Petersburg, and Drs. Deborah Kinney and Robert Earl Nay of Petersburg. A May wedding is planned.

Miss Gardiner is a graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics. She is currently employed as a Registered Account Executive at the Richmond Branch of Charles Schwab and Company, Incorporated.

Dr. Nay is a graduate of The College of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University. He is a partner at Crater Road Veterinary Hospital.

Hammer-Meacham

Jill Hammer and Chris Meacham are engaged and planning to be married on A pril 13, 1996 in Roanoke. She is the daughter of Mr. Joe Hammer and Mrs. Pat Cole of Roanoke. She graduated from Salem High School and Radford University. She is employed by Roanoke County Schools. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Russ Meacham of Troutville. He graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and Virginia Military Institute. He is employed by Thor Incorporated.

Hodges-Lee

Glenda L. Hodges and William W. Lee, Jr., are engaged and planning to be married on July 20, 1996. Miss Hodges is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Hodges of Boones Mill, Va. She graduated from Franklin County High School and from Ferrum College in 1986. She is employed by Franklin County Public Schools as a teacher. Mr. Lee is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Lee, Sr., of Roanoke, Va. He graduated from North Cross High School and from Roanoke College in 1988. He is president of Southern Designs in Roanoke.

Lipscomb-LePeter

Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Augustus Lipscomb of Ashland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Angela Carol Lipscomb, to Richard Alan LePeter, son of Dr. and Mrs. Alan Joseph LePeter of Roanoke.

Miss Lipscomb graduated from Longwood College with a degree in elementary education. She earned a master's degree in counselor education from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is employed as a guidance counselor with Hanover County Schools.

Mr. LePeter is a graduate of Randolph Macon College wit h a B.A. degree in psychology. Mr. LePeter is employed with Bowers, Nelms, and Fonville.

An April 13, 1996 wedding is planned.

Moore-Gallimore

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Moore of Blacksburg are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Angelia Moore, to Joseph Gallimore.

Joe is the son of Chester Gallimore of Floyd and Betty Harris Gallimore of Christiansburg.

Angelia is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and is employed at Eclipso Hair Salon of Blacksburg.

Joe graduated from Christiansburg High School and National Business College in Roanoke. He is Vice President of Wills Ridge Supply of Floyd.

No wedding date has been set.

Ritenour-Martin

Lori Anne Martin and Peter Daniel Ritenour are engaged and planning to be married February 10, 1996 at Enon Baptist Ch urch in Roanoke. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter M. Martin of Roanoke. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel L. Ritenour of Roanoke.

The couple wishes to take this opportunity to pronounce that they have found the one their soul loves

Rodgers-Aylor

Mr. and Mrs. William R. Rodgers are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Marie, to Kermit Wesley (Wes) Aylor of Madison, Va. Susan is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Virginia Tech. She is employed by Orange Co. Public Schools as a Special Education Transition Coordinator and Employment Training Program Coordinator. Wes is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry D. Aylor of Madison, Va. He graduated from Madison Co. High School and Germanna Community College, and is employed by E.A. Clore and Sons. An August 3rd wedding in Madison, Va. is planned.

Spradlin-Haynes

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Spradlin and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Haynes are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Stacie Elaine Spradlin and Luther Leslie (Luke) Haynes. Stacie graduated from Blacksburg High School and is currently attending Radford University where she is majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Appalachian Studies. Luke is a graduate of Christiansburg High School and is employed by Wolverine Gasket Co. and the United States Postal Service. A January, 1996, wedding is planned.
