Democrats from Montgomery County and Radford will meet to choose committee members and officers next month after last weekend's bad weather prompted a cancellation of one caucus and poor turnout at another.
The Montgomery Democrats' caucus was originally scheduled for last Saturday but was canceled because of bad weather. The event has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Montgomery County Courthouse. For more information, call Lindsay West at 552-2023 or Lee Johnston at 552-3578.
Radford Democrats braved the elements and met Saturday but had insufficient numbers for a quorum. The date of their rescheduled caucus will be announced later.
