Dr. Tanya G. Oglezneva from St. Petersburg, Russia and Chief Warrant Officer W-4 William L. ``Bill'' Terry of Roanoke, Va. are engaged and planning to be married on December 31, 1995.
Tanya is a Physician, Neurologist at the St. Petersburg Hospital in St. Petersburg, Russia. She intends to practice medicine here in the Roanoke Valley. Tanya's father, also a physician is deceased. Tanya's mother, also a Physician, Neurologist is Dr. Tamara E. Oglezneva of Nalchik, Russia. Tanya has an 8 year old daughter, Margarita, who will join the Terry's in Roanoke after completing her school year in May, 1996.
Bill is a Helicopter Pilot and Member of the U.S. Army Reserves in Salem, Va. Bill is also a Financial Consultant at American Health Services of Roanoke, Va. Bill's mother is Ms. Alice K. Terry of Mobile, Alabama, and his father is a Retired Navy Commander, G. D. Terry of Va. Beach, Va.
Bill has one daughter, Janalyn Terry, a Senior at Va. Tech University, Blacksburg, Va.
The couple will honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, after their wedding. McArthur-Davis
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Edward Barrett, Sr. of Hanover, announce the engagement of their daughter, Krista Anne McArthur, to Walker Keith Davis, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Adam Moreau of Richmond, and the late Lee Ferguson Davis, Jr., also of Richmond. Miss McArthur is also the daughter of the late Kenneth Dickson McArthur, Sr. of Roanoke. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Dayton Allen Haley and the late Mr. Haley, and of Mrs. Henry Luther McArthur and the late Mr. McArthur, all of Roanoke.
Miss McArthur was graduated from The Collegiate Schools and the University of Virginia. She earned a Master's degree in education from Virginia Commonwealth University and is employed as a counselor in Caroline County. In 1991 Miss McArthur made her debut at the Bal du Bois.
Mr. Davis is the grandson of Mrs. Lee Ferguson Davis, Sr. and the late Mr. Davis of Richmond, and of the late Mr. and Mrs. Armistead Lloyd Boothe of Alexandria. He was graduated from The Collegiate Schools and Hampden-Sydney College. He is employed by Deluxe Corporation in Richmond.

Mr. and Mrs. Bobbie E. Saul of Salem and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth V. Haynes of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Rosemary Ann Saul and Christopher Lewis Haynes. Miss Saul is a graduate of Salem High School. She received nursing degrees from Virginia Western Community College and Radford University. Miss Saul also received a Master of Arts Degree from Hollins College and is currently employed by Brambleton Ambulatory Surgery Center. Miss Whitlow is the daughter of Mrs. Anne Bostian-Whitlow and Mr. and Mrs. Gene D. Whitlow of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Northside High School and Hollins College. She is an Accountant Representative for BFI, Roanoke.
Mr. Peck is the son of Dr. Maryly Van Leer Peck of Winter Haven, Florida and Ven. Jordan B. Peck, Jr. of Salem, Oregon. He is a graduate of Sewanee Military Academy, Vanderbilt University, University of Florida, Gainesville, and Georgia Tech. He is a Consulting Engineer and Roanoke Branch Manager with McDonough Bolyard, Peck, Roanoke.

O'Malley, Sr., and Willard and Margaret Williams both of Scranton, Pa.

Mrs. Linda Lanford of Roanoke and Mr. Wallace Winebriner of Covington announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Paige Winebriner, to David Christian Bauer. Mr. Bauer is the son of Mr. Richard Bauer of Portland, Oregon, and Ms. Janet Bauer of Salem, Oregon.
