The Conference Board said Wednesday it has been forced to postpone its first release of the privatized leading economic indicators report because of the partial federal shutdown.
The private business research group said the November report was delayed because some data compiled by the government were unavailable.
The board said it expects sufficient data to be available in early January
The November report had been scheduled for release Friday.
