Roanoke County: Offices and libraries closed.
Salem: Offices closed. Libraries closed Saturday through Monday.

Botetourt County: Offices and libraries closed.
Franklin County: Administrative offices closed. Clerk's office closes today at noon; will reopen Wednesday. Libraries closed Saturday through Monday.
