DEMONS TURN BACK GALAX

Senior Darrell Calloway hit two buzzer-beating 3-point goals to tie the score in regulation and in the first overtime, and Christiansburg held Galax to one point in the second overtime to notch a 79-75 non-district boys' basketball victory Wednesday night in Christiansburg.

Calloway scored 23 of his game-high 25 points agter halftime, including a 3-pointer at the buzzer to tie the score at 67 in regulation and send the game to overtime.
