A fire in Northeast Roanoke damaged two houses Sunday night. No one was injured.
Firefighters reached 23 Patton Avenue, a two-story house, about 11:35 p.m. The flames also burned a house at 21 Patton, according to District Fire Chief Garry Basham.
The fire caused $35,000 in damage to 23 Patton and $5,000 in damage to 21 Patton, Basham said. The fire was extinguished within 30 minutes and is under investigation.
