Hillenbrand

Hillenbrand Industries Inc., Batesville, Ind., owner of Medeco Security Locks Inc. and an electronics division at Salem, reported net revenue of $1.6 billion, or $1.27 per share, for its fiscal year ended Dec. 2, compared with $1.57 billion, or $1.26 per share, in 1994. Fourth-quarter revenue was $425 million, or 12 cents per share, compared with $439 million, or 57 cents.

Morrison Restaurants

Morrison Restaurants Inc, Mobile, Ala.-based operator of the Morrison's Cafeteria in Roanoke, reported second-quarter net income of $6.7 million, or 19 cents per share, compared with $12.1 million, or 34 cents, for the year-earlier quarter.
