          gone mad, as snow, piled 8 feet high, surrounds this car in the 
          Brandon Parking lot at Salem Avenue and Second Street Southwest in 
          Roanoke. The car's Pennsylvania owner, unable to afford needed 
          repairs, abandoned it about a week before the snowstorm hit. A 
          Roanoke mechanic said the owner took a bus home and left the car. 
          The parking lot owner said dealing with abandoned cars is a regular 
          part of his job. Eventually, the car will be towed away, and the 
          towing company will auction the car. color.
