FREE CLINIC ART BENEFIT IS MARCH 30

The Free Clinic of the New River Valley will hold its annual Art Benefit Saturday, March 30, at the Blacksburg Holiday Inn.

Doors open at 6 p.m., with the live auction starting at 7:30.

The clinic is changing the event's name from an auction to an art benefit. "We want to stress that the event is designed to raise money to serve the clients of the Free Clinic, not serve as a bargain hunter's guide to art in the New River Valley," says Benefit Committee Chairman Cam McLaughlin.

Artists Carole Davis, Martha Dillard and Leslie Roberts Gregg are helping organize this event.
