The Radford Public Works Department was unable to collect garbage Friday. Residents whose normal collection day is Friday are asked to hold garbage until Feb. 9. Regular collection will resume Monday. However, due to the storm, collection in alleys will be discontinued until further notice. All residents are asked to place garbage at the curb or street side.
