Developers of the Knob-Hill Subdivision, a 13-lot development near the intersection of Eheart and Piedmont streets, got the go-ahead from Blacksburg Town Council Tuesday night after their preliminary plat was unanimously approved.
A preliminary plat for the project was approved in January 1994 by the Planning Commission, but Park Realty let it expire after the housing market turned sour.
Since the initial approval, the only changes to the plans include a new location to a stormwater detention pond, an adjustment to the location of dedicated park land and an additional lot.
