TECH VICTORY PARADE HAS BEEN CANCELED

The parade honoring Virginia Tech's Sugar Bowl victory scheduled for 10 a.m. today has been canceled because of inclement weather.

It will not be rescheduled, said Peg Morse, marketing director for Tech sports. She said she didn't expect the weather to affect the basketball game against the University of Massachusetts, scheduled for noon today.
