Allen birth
God's most beautiful thoughts bloom into children. Freddie and Kim Allen proudly announce the birth of their precious son, Branden ``Hunter'' Allen, born on Thursday, February 29, 1996 at 4:38 p.m. at Community Hospital. He weighed 6 lbs. 10 3/4 ozs. and was 19 1/2 inches in length. Hunter's proud grandparents are Roy and Helen Allen and Lerline Sheehan.
Thanks to Dr. Leigh Stockstill, Dr. Kurt Stockstill and Dr. Falls (attending physician). Thanks most of all to God for giving us a healthy and beautiful baby boy.
Caudill birth
Roger and Catherine Caudill have been blessed with the birth of a beautiful daughter. She was named Deanna Lacy after her father (Roger Dean) and her grandfather (Curtis Lacy). Deanna arrived at 5:20 p.m. on December 19, 1995, at Lewis Gale Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz. and was 20 inches long. Deanna's older sister is Crystal Gayle Caudill of Salem. Her grandparents are Curtis Lacy and Elna Myers H ogan of Roanoke, Mr. Bobbie Raines of Martinsville, and the late Claude Freeman Caudill of Roanoke. Her godparents are Joe and Susan Brown of Glade Hill. We would like to thank all our doctors and the entire L&D staff, especially Mollie. We also want to thank our families and friends for their love and support, and most of all God for blessing us with this precious gift
Craft birth
Justin Matthew Craft, weighing 8 lbs. 7 ozs. and 21 inches long, was born February 2, 1996 at 11:53 am at Community Hospital. His parents are Steve and Jill Craft. He has a 3 year old sister, Emily. Maternal grandparents are Jerry and Stephanie Adams of Braselton, Ga. Paternal grandparents are Harley and Lucille Craft of Norton, Va. The attending physician was Dr. Leigh Stockstill.|
Criner birth
Marci Alexandra Criner was born February 16, 1996, at 12:11 p.m. at CHRV. She weighed 8 lbs. 1/2 oz and was 191/2 inches long. Her parents are Keith and Kristen Criner. Brothers Benjamin Criner is 5 years old and Caleb Criner is 2 years old. Grandparents are Jimmy and Janet Huff of Salem, Kenneth and Becky Criner of Roanoke, and Gary Lineberry of Roanoke. Attending physician was Dr. Randall Falls.
Croft birth
It is with great pleasure that Dennis and Cyndi Croft announce the birth of their son, Zacary Lane, who was born on January 13, 1996 at 1:05 a.m. at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley. Zacary weighed 8 lbs. 3 3/4 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. Amanda, his sister, is very pleased. His grandparents are Peggy M. Sloane of Roanoke, the late Billy C. Sloane, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph L. Croft of Bedford.

Dulaney birth Jeff and Stephanie Dulaney proudly announce the birth of their son, Kyle Preston Dulaney. He was born at Radford Community Hospital on February 22, 1996 at 6:27 a.m., weighing 7 lbs. 2 ozs. and was 20 inches long. Kyle has a brother, Cody, who is 21/2 years old. His proud grandparents are Larry and Sharon Akers of Sterling, Wayne and Mabel Dulaney of Vinton, and Bonnie Turman of Radford. He also has a proud aunt, Angie Harrison. A very special thank you to Dr. Weston for helping to bring our precious son into the world.
Hardin birth
Carla Marie Hardin was September 27, 1995 at 6:18 a.m. at Community Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 141/4 ozs., and was 201/2 inches long. Her parents are Stephen and Michelle Hardin. She has one brother, Glen Stephen, 3 years old. Her grandparents are Harry and Linda Hardin of Alexandria; Jack Tolley of Pulaski; and Cecelia DeGeest of Rocky Mount. The attending physician was Dr. Robert Wisman.
Smith birth
Nicholas Joshua was born on December 29, 1995. His big brother, Steven Jr. who just turned one on February the tenth and his half brother, Tyler, would like to say hello. Nicholas was 8 pounds, 5 ounces at birth. His mother and father are Steven and Julia Smith of Vinton. We would like to thank Dr. Harms at Lewis-Gale for the wonderful care he took of mother and son and also Dr. Clapp for her excellent input. Most of all, we thank God for our beautiful, healthy sons.
Snyder birth
Katherine Hall Snyder was born February 23, 1996, at 4:31 p.m. at Lewis Gale Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz. and was 20 inches long. Her parents are Stuart and Jane Snyder. Grandparents are Ed and Joyce Shively of Troutville and Herb and Dixie Snyder of Vinton. Attending physician was Dr. Mark Gustafson.
Woerner birth
Brian and Cathy Woerner proudly announce the birth of their first baby, Stephen Russell Woerner. He was born at Lewis-Gale Hospital on a snowy January 11, 1996 at 7:02 p.m. Stephen weighed in at 9 lbs. 5 oz. and was 21 inches tall. His loving grandparents are Russ and Rita Mason of Culver, In., and Robert and Helen Woerner of West Lafayette, In. He is also blessed with loving great-grandmothers Marian Hau and Marie Enk.
We would like to thank Dr. Maxymiv and the entire staff at Lewis-Gale. A special thank you to OB nurse Tonya for all her help and support during the induction and later with Stephen.
