BLACKSBURG - Have you ever wanted to produce your own program? Do you want to learn how to use television equipment?
WTOB-Channel 2 in Blacksburg offers free use of its equipment and inexpensive instructions. WTOB offers the public its television facilities for use of presentations of programs. The station has a staff that consists of trained television professionals who make programming possible and can help. WTOB provides regular programming hours between 7 and 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Programs can be seen on Blacksburg's cable channel 2 and channel 32 on the Virginia Tech campus.

Benefit concert
FLOYD - The Floyd County High School Sports Foundation will sponsor a concert featuring the Bluegrass Cardinals with David Parmley, Scott Vestal and Continental Divide. The concert will be March 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the school's auditorium.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students. There is no admission for children under 6. The Sports Foundation is a non-profit organization. Money raised will be used for construction of a new weight room at the school.
RU spring dance
RADFORD - The spring dance program of the Radford University Dance Theatre will feature modern dance pioneer Doris Humphrey's Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor, which includes Swan Lake Act II and new works by dance faculty. The program will be at Radford University's Preston Auditorium March 28-30 at 8 p.m.
A pre-performance talk by Charles Woodford, Doris Humphrey's son, on the Doris Humphrey Centennial Exhibit of photographs also will be on display. The display will be in the lower lobby of Preston Auditorium, March 30 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $4 for adults and $2 for students. The program is free for Radford University students.
