HOME BUILDER RANKS 7TH IN RICHMOND

Boone, Boone, Loeb & Pettit Inc., an affiliate company of Boone, Boone & Loeb Inc. of Roanoke, has been ranked as the seventh largest dollar volume residential home builder in the greater Richmond metropolitan area in 1995.

The rankings were compiled by Rountrey & Associates Inc., a real estate evaluation and advisory service provider.

Boone, Boone & Loeb first entered the residential real estate market in Richmond in 1985. The affiliate company was formed in 1989, and its dollar volume of sales has grown steadily each year.
