Caudill birth
Roger and Catherine Caudill have been blessed with the birth of a beautiful daughter. She was named Deanna Lacy after her father (Roger Dean) and her grandfather (Curtis Lacy). Deanna arrived at 5:20 p.m. on December 19, 1995, at Lewis Gale Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz. and was 20 inches long. Deanna's older sister is Crystal Gayle Caudill of Salem. Her grandparents are Curtis Lacy and Elna Myers Hogan of Roanoke, Mrs. Bobbie Raines of Martinsville, and the late Glade Freeman Caudill of Roanoke. Her godparents are Joe and Susan Brown of Glade Hill. We would like to thank all our doctors and the entire L&D staff, especially Mollie. We also want to thank our families and friends for their love and support, and most of all God for blessing us with this precious gift
Elliott birth
Big sister, Christina, 21 months, proudly announces the birth of her brother, Richard Lee Elliott, III. Baby Lee weighed 7 lbs. 8 ozs. and was 19 1/4 inches long. He was born February 7, 1996 at 2:25 p.m. Proud parents are Rick and Sandra Elliott of Salem. Many thanks to Greg Hardee, MD, Sharon Stratton, Diane Edgerton and the Valley OB/GYN Staff. We have been twice blessed!
Jones twin births
Betty and Tim Jones proudly announce the birth of their sons, Andrew Logan and Matthew Hartman Jones. They were born on Sunday, February 18, 1996, at Community Hospital. Andrew weighed 5 lbs. 10 1/2 ozs. and Matthew weighed 5 lbs. 15 ozs. Both infants were 18 3/4 inches long. We appreciate the fine care and attention provided by the staff of Community Hospital during our stay. Special thanks to Dr. Julien H. Meyer Jr. and his colleagues at Physicians to Women, and to Dr. James F. Holman for their professional care and guidance.
Lanford birth
Evan Oliver Lanford was born January 28, 1996, at Lewis Gale Hospital Medical Center at 12:54 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. His parents are Ken and Cindi Lanford. Grandparents are Stan and Elise Lanford and Jim and Nancy Harris. Attending physician was Dr. Carl Harms.
Myers birth
Jeff and Nancy Myers proudly announce the birth of their precious little boy, Cameron McKinley Myers, born at Community Hospital on February 18, 1996, at 11:39 p.m. He weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 inches long. Cameron's proud grandparents are Carlton and Jenny Brooks of Roanoke and Rich and Millie Myers of New Philadelphia, Ohio. We thank God for leading us to the physicians who made this miracle possible and to Dr. Falls for delivering him to us.
Wright birth
David and Bonny Wright proudly announce the birth of their son, David William Wright Jr. He was born at Community Hospital on February 20, 1996 at 10:25 pm, weighing 6 lbs. 15 1/2 ozs. and was 20 1/2 inches long. His proud grandparents are Paul and Rose Graybill of Troutville and Eugene and Bertha Wright of Buchanan. A special thanks to Dr. Hurt and the L&D Nursing Staff, Millie, Tracy & Vicky, for their help and support with labor and delivery
