Auleta-Harwell

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Auleta of Neptune, N. J., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Jeanne, to Michael Grant Harwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Wayne Harwell of Lynchburg. Miss Auleta, a graduate of Virginia Tech, is a teacher at Forrestdale School in Rumson, N. J. Mr. Harwell graduated from E. C. Glass High School and Virginia Tech and will receive a master's degree from Clemson University in May. He is employed as a chemical engineer by National Starch and Chemical in Bridgewater, N. J. The wedding will be July 20, 1996, in Neptune, N. J. Campbell-King

Judge and Mrs. John Colin Campbell of Independence, Virginia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Jane, to Benjamin Terry King, Jr., son of Mrs. William Robert Deardorff of Staunton, Virginia, and Dr. Benjamin Terry King, Sr., of Millboro, Virginia.

Miss Campbell is a graduate of Independence High School and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. She is the owner and manager of Holston River Title Agency, Abingdon, Virginia.

Mr. King is a graduate of Jefferson High School in Charles Town, West Virginia, and the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He is Human Resources Manager for United States Gypsum Company, Saltville, Virginia.

A June 1, 1996, wedding is planned.

Canale-Harrison

Mrs. Pat Canale and the late George Canale of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Allyson, to Nelson Cresap Harrison III of Humboldt, Tenn.

Miss Canale is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She is currently employed by Cobble Personnel in Knoxville.

Mr. Harrison, son of Dr. and Mrs. Nelson Cresap Harrison, Jr., of Humboldt, Tennessee, is a graduate of Humboldt High School and Lambuth College in Jackson, Tennessee. He is currentl y continuing his education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

The wedding is planned for July 6, 1996, in Memphis, Tennessee

Eanes-Mutz

Mr. and Mrs. James M. Eanes of Roanoke, Va. announce the engagement of their daughter, Ruth Barclay, to Dr. Eric Fossum Mutz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gary Mutz of Atlanta, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Vivian W. Rainer of Mobile, Ala., and the late Mr. James W. Rainer, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel M. Eanes of Bassett, Va. Barclay graduated from the Wykeham Rise School in Washington, Conn., and attended Hollins College in Roanoke, Va. She is employed by Saks Fifth Avenue and Yves St. Laurent in Atlanta, Ga.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Fossum of Glen Ellen, Ill., and Mr. and Mrs. Charles G. Mutz of Tampa, Fla. He attended Riverwood High School in Atlanta, the Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, N.J., and is a 1991 graduate of Washington & Lee University. In May of 1995, he received an MD from the Medical College of Virginia. He is presently undergoing a residency program in radiology at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga.

A May 25, 1996 wedding is planned in Atlanta.

Jackson-Poole

Mrs. George E. Jackson of Christiansburg happily announces the engagement of her daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to Kevin Dale Poole, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Miller of Blacksburg.

Jennifer is a 1992 graduate of Christiansburg High School and will graduate in May from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Kevin is a 1989 graduate of Christiansburg High School and a 1993 graduate of Clinch Valley College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

The wedding is planned for May 19, 1996

Keen-Tucker

Miss Cheryl Ann Keen and Mr. Kenneth Michael Tucker are happy to announce their engagement. Miss Keen is the daughter of Mary Keen Barnett of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, and the late Elmer W. Keen. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is employed by Elizabeth Arden. Mr. Tucker is the son of Josephine Tucker of Greeneville, Tennessee, and the late J. N. Tucker. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is employed by the Riverton Corporation. The couple will be married in Emory, Virginia, on May 11, 1996

King-Carlisle

Nancy Wilson King and Doctor William Whitman King of Radford, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Kimball of Arlington, Virginia, to Mr. James Franklin Carlisle of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Miss King is a graduate of Radford University and is a Federal Relations Representative for AMP, Incorporated in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Carlisle is a policy analyst for the Washington National Tax Service of Price Waterhouse. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Sandra Janine Kitas and David Brad Hartley are engaged and planning to be married on April 27, 1996. An evening wedding is planned at Myers Park United Methodist Church in Charlotte, N. C. Miss Kitas is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Kitas of Roanoke. She graduated from McDowell High School, Erie, Penn., and attended Clemson University. Mr. Hartley is the son of Mrs. Dee Anderson of Charlotte, N. C., and Mr. Richard Hartley of High Point, N. C.

Lefko-Foutz

Mr. and Mrs. James D. Cohn of Greenville, S.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Jeffery Lefko of Baltimore, Md. announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann Lefko, to Matthew Roger Foutz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger W. Foutz, Jr. of Botetourt County. Melissa graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, the University of South Carolina, with a Masters degree in Anthropology and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Anthropology at U.C.L.A. Matthew graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology and Political Science and is completing his thesis for a Masters degree in Anthropology from the University of South Carolina. He is employed by Sun America, Inc. in Los Angeles. The wedding is planned for June 23, 1996 in Greenville, S.C

Lovall-Kingery

Cristina Michelle Lovall and Steven Thomas Kingery are engaged and planning to be married on April 6, 1996. The service will take place at Edgewood Holiness Church in Roanoke with the Rev. E. R. Woods officiating.

Ms. Lovall is the daughter of Patsy and Rainell Largin of Roanoke. She is a 1995 graduate of Glenvar High School. Mr. Kingery is a son of Hubert and Janet Thurman of Bedford. He is a 1991 graduate of Patrick Henry High School and is employed by J. Weiner Co. of Roanoke.

Stallard-Fugate

Mr. and Mrs. Karl M. Stallard of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tonda Mashay, to Ronnie Eugene Fugate. Ronnie is the son of Ms. Katherine ``Kitty'' Fugate of Roanoke.

Mr. and Mrs. Samuel H. Tollison of Riner, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Leigh, to Peter Lawrence Reynold s, M.D., son of Mr. and Mrs. George B. Reynolds, of Beaver Creek, Ohio.

Katie is a graduate student in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

Peter is a resident in Family Medicine at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

A July 6, 1966 wedding is planned.
