OFFICE OPENS

L. Brad Braford has opened a law office with emphasis on civil litigation and criminal defense. The practice is in the Shenandoah Building, 305 First St., Roanoke. Braford, a Virginia Tech graduate, earned his law degree cum laude from Washington and Lee University. He was a law clerk to Judge Walter Hoffman in the Eastern District of Virginia in Norfolk and practiced in Harrisonburg for several years. He was with the now-dissolved Roanoke firm of Bird, Kinder & Huffman.
