The Goody's 500 at Martinsville Speedway will start a half-hour later on Sunday, April 21, to allow live coverage of the race by ESPN.
The NASCAR Winston Cup race will start at 1 p.m.
Qualifying for the Goody's 500 is set for 3 p.m. on April 19. Second-round qualifying will be held at 12:15 p.m. on April 20, with the Goody's 200 Slim Jim All Pro Series following at 2.
Reserved tickets for the Goody's 500 are still available and tickets in the new 7,000 seat Bill France Tower go on sale April 1. Tickets can be purchased by calling (540) 956-3151. Martinsville's 8,000 unreserved seats for the Goody's 500 go on sale at 7:30 on race morning for $30 each.
Tickets for the Goody's 200 Slim Jim All Pro Series race are $20 each and children 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult.
In other speedway news, the Taco Bell 300, scheduled for Sunday, Oct.13, will be tape-delayed on ESPN2.
Tentative dates for the telecast are Nov.3 and Nov.9, according to ESPN2 officials.
ESPN telecasts the Goody's 500 and the Hanes 500 NASCAR Winston Cup races, the Craftsman SuperTruck Series race and the Goody's 200 Slim Jim All Pro Series event at Martinsville.
