of five fraternities on Roanoke Street, may be joined by others if a

new zoning ordinance passes creating special districts for

fraternities and sororities. (ran on NRV-1). 2. Brothers of Kappa

Alpha fraternity say they'd like to purchase the home they've been

renting on Roanoke Street, pending changes in the zoning ordinance

that would allow them to make major renovations. 3. Five fraternity

brothers live upstairs at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house. 4. The

house has no kitchen (it was destroyed during a party) so the

brothers have to purchase meals on campus. 5. Members of Sigma Alpha

rooms on the main floor of the fraternity house. The floor tiles are

loose because of moisture rising from a wet crawl space, which is

made up mostly of heavy clay. 7. Nestled in the corner of U.S. 460

and Prices Fork Road, on campus and next to the golf course, sit
