FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP

The mother of a soldier stationed in Bosnia is forming a family support group.

"I am interested in locating anyone who has a loved one serving in Bosnia," says Judy Cook of Lynchburg. Anyone interested in the group may call her at (804) 525-4242 or write her at 115 Woodbourne Drive, Lynchburg 24502-5629.

Cook is encouraging people to send letters or packages to soldiers at the following address: Any Service Member, Operation Joint Endeavor, APO AE 09397.

Letters need a 32-cent stamp. "Mail call serves as a great morale booster for those receiving mail," Cook says. "Please take the time to send a card or letter to our brave troops to let them know they are not forgotten."
