          Rorer Ave. S.W. Monday evening. The child was treated at Roanoke 
          Memorial Hospital and released. "She said she dropped her pencil and
          wanted to get her pencil,'' neighbor Michelle Taylor said. "I heard 
          the screen ripping. She was screaming all the way to the ground.'' 
          Authorities would not release the child's name, but neighbors 
          identified her.
