FIRE VICTIM IDENTIFIED

A Pulaski County man who died in a trailer fire Wednesday morning has been identified.

Capt. Mike Alderman said an autopsy identified the man as Belvie Christy Hamilton, 38, whose trailer was on Virginia 606 in the Parrott area.

The fire started near a kerosene heater that Hamilton used to heat his trailer, which had no electricity, Alderman said.
