WRITER AND ARTIST WILL APPEAR AT COMIC-BOOK EXPO

Terry Collins, a Mount Airy, N.C., writer who works on "Ren and Stimpy" and is author of "The Andy Griffith Story," and Al Biggely, a Monroe, N.C., artist who has illustrated everything from "Batman, the Animated Series" to the Power Rangers, will be two of the featured guests at the Roanoke/Salem Comic Book and Collectible Expo.

The expo will be April 28 at the Salem Civic Center.

Admission is $1 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.

The expo will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Collins and Biggely will be at the event all day.
