CANDIDATE'S RALLY TODAY AT TECH

The College Republicans of Virginia Tech will sponsor a rally today for Patrick Muldoon, a candidate for the 9th District Republican nomination to oppose Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Abingdon, this fall.

The rally starts at 5 p.m. outside Squires Student Center. A reception will follow. Muldoon, 30, is a first-year law student at the College of William and Mary and a former engineer. District Republicans will select a nominee at a May 11 mass meeting in Wytheville.
