Bedford County public schools will hold registration for fall kindergarten Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Any child 5 years old on or before Sept. 30 may be enrolled. Parents of children who will turn five between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 may contact their local elementary school for placement evaluation and recommendations.
Parents are asked to bring the child's birth certificate, Social Security number, immunization record and a report of physical examination to the registration.
