Angela Marie Arbogast and David Franklin Burton have announced their engagement and are planning to be married on June 29, 1996. She is the daughter of Robert Arbogast of Vinton and Nancey Hustead of Roanoke. David is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Burton of Vinton.

The wedding is planned for June 22, 1996 at Rainbow Forest Baptist Church.

Tara Westmoreland and Brian Miller are engaged and planning to be married on May 25, 1996 in Bristol, Va. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.. Charles Westmoreland of Bristol.
