COLLISION KILLS DUBLIN WOMAN

A 50-year-old Dublin woman died at the scene of a two-vehicle accident in the Neck Creek section of Pulaski County on Thursday morning, state police said.

When Judith Tickle Hutchison pulled out from a stop sign at Virginia 627 and Virginia 698 about 8 a.m., a pickup truck struck her car.

Police couldn't provide any other details Thursday night about the accident.
