Singer and storyteller Ramblin' Jack Elliot will performs Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Floyd County High. Singer Bruce Pratt will open.
Elliot learned his craft from folk legend Woody Guthrie and toured the country for several years to bring Guthrie's music to a new generation. Newsweek has called him ``one of the few authentic voices'' in folk music. Recently he recorded ``South Coast,'' his first domestic studio album in more than 25 years.
