Montgomery County Mainstream Citizens will hold a public forum for Nancy Miller, commissioner of revenue, and David Alexander, Virginia Tech professor, to respond to the question "Taxes: Who Pays the Community Bills?"
Miller will discuss tax relief options available in Montgomery County and in the state. Alexander will review how Virginia's response to education needs compares to other states.
