          his father drove to Blacksburg to attend what he thought was his 
          graduation from Virginia Tech. Wagner was last seen at 8 a.m. when 
          his roommate dropped him off at a rental car business. He rented a 
          maroon 1996 Oldsmobile Achieva. Anyone with information about him is
          asked to call police at (540) 961-1150.
