A 79-year-old Bedford County man whose partially clad body was found in his yard last week died of natural causes, according to an autopsy.
Lorenzo Lee Jr. of Boonsboro died of coronary failure, said Lt. John McCane of the Bedford County Sheriff's Office.
Lee's body was found Wednesday in his yard on Trents Ferry Road by his son, who had just arrived from Maryland for a visit.
He had been dead for two or three days.
