NEIGHBORHOOD NAMES

ARDELL STONE SCHOOL OF DANCE students recently competed in the Dance Makers, Inc. Regional Dance Competition held in Charlotte, N.C.

The members of the junior performing group are Amanda Barnhart, Amelia Davis, Michelle Davis, Betsy James, Samantha King, Kara Morgan, Diane Newman, Samantha Nichols, Lyndsey Reynolds, Ashley Stuart and Jennifer Wilson. They won first place lyrical ballet and second place tap in the Junior Line Division.

Members of the senior performing group are Sarah Clyborn, Alicia Davis, Amanda Grinnell, Amanda Harpold, Melissa Kell, Ann Lawson, Tara Lee, Maggie Light, Amber Mayhue, Misha Paiement and Shannon Stanger. The group won second place tap, second place jazz, and second place lyrical in the Senior Line Division.

Both groups qualified for the National Competition, to be held in Myrtle Beach, S.C., this summer.
