          neighborhood - that's wha prompted Shannon Massie Dooley to go 
          outside for lunch on Wednesday. Dooley has just received her masters
          degree at Virginia Tech, and is currently working for the College of
          Agriculture and Life Sciences to help set up a web site for the 
          college. The Blacksburg resident is framed by one of the stone 
          windows located in a rock walkway that connects Price Hall and Sandy
          Hall.
