BHS TEAM TO HOST BARBECUE SUPPER

The Blacksburg High School football team will have a barbecue supper June 1 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in the commons of the school. The menu includes barbecue chicken, cole slaw, potato chips, bread, dessert and drink. Cost is $4.50.

Tickets can be purchased from any player or at the door. Take-out also is available and walk-ins are welcome, however, those interested should call the school by May 31 with the number of dinners they want. Proceeds will go toward the team's pre-season expenses. The school's number is 951-5706.
