AVALANCHE GAME CANCELED BY RAIN

The Carolina League game between the Salem Avalanche and the Prince William Cannons scheduled for Sunday was canceled because of rain in Woodbridge.

The game will not be rescheduled because the clubs do not meet again during the first half of the season.

The Avalanche travels to Wilmington, Del., for a three-game series starting today at 1:05. Staff report
