THE WASHINGTON AND LEE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW awarded law degrees to Keith T. Shiner of Roanoke and Kristen Konrad Johnstone. Shiner, son of Dr. Philip T. and Linda N. Shiner of Roanoke, graduated magna cum laude. He received his bachelor's degree from Duke University in 1990. Johnstone, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Charles E. Konrad of Roanoke, received her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in 1987.
