Run For Fun to be Saturday
The Lewis-Gale Foundation is sponsoring its 18th annual Run For Fun Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the old courthouse on East Main Street in Salem.
Runners may participate in a 5-mile run or a 2-mile walk/run. The registration fee is $20 for the 5-mile run or $5 for the walk/run.

Golf tournament to benefit ARC
ARC Roanoke and Ground Round Inc. will sponsor a Captain's Choice charity golf tournament July 13 at Hanging Rock Golf Club.
The tournament will benefit ARC's work with retarded citizens.
The entry fee is $60 per player or $240 per team. The minimum combined handicap is 40.
